Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, usually this is done within 1 week, but may be affected by the amount of customization requested. Custom maps require 1-2 weeks to design, review, print and dispatch.

*Customers may experience shipping delays during the COVID-19 pandemic as Canada Post and USPS have implemented important safety measures and are dealing with higher than normal parcel volumes. To thank you for your patience, we are offering free standard shipping during this time.

We are happy to provide free standard shipping worldwide. Please note that standard shipping does not include tracking.

USA - estimated 6-12 business days
International – estimated 7-14 business days for prints up to 20" x 28"
Unfortunately sizes over 20" x 28" sent internationally must be sent by boat and are estimated to take 4-10 weeks to arrive.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
